Introduction
Naaz Nepal came into existence with a mission to provide effective solutions for international recruitment of Nepalese migrant workers in different countries. Since our inception, we have been dedicated to customer care for employers worldwide while earning a reputation for providing the best manpower services.
Our company adheres to all international practices and principles of ethical recruitment. Our staff are equipped with a professional code of conduct and trained by international organizations including the International Organization for Migration (IOM). We are an ISO 9001 certified company.
We follow all national guidance and directives provided by the Department of Foreign Employment of Nepal government. We practice International Recruitment Integrity System (IRIS) and Responsible Business Alliance - Code of Conduct (RBA-COC) so that the recruitment process is fair, transparent, and trustworthy for migrant workers from Nepal and companies on the receiving end. Implementation & Enforcement
Full Responsibility: Naaz Nepal takes complete responsibility for the implementation of the Code of Ethical Conduct by all staff members.
Swift Investigation: All reported violations are investigated swiftly and thoroughly to ensure accountability.
Documented Actions: All warnings and disciplinary actions are documented and highlighted in Senior Management Committee meetings.
Policy Violations: Staff found violating policies are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination, with proper compensation for affected job seekers.
